Ever wondered what it’s like to work with an architecture firm? This five-part series explains each of the traditional phases, asking three simple questions: What is it? What do we do? and What does it look like?
We understand that embarking on a design project can be overwhelming, but our process is engineered to turn big-picture goals into finely-crafted spaces. Click to find out more:
Phase I: Predesign is the phase where we gather all the information we need to understand the parameters of your project. The more we know, the better!
Phase II: Schematic Design is the phase where your goals are tested against the project parameters established in predesign.
Phase III: Design Development is when all of the parts and pieces that make a project are selected and integrated into a cohesive design proposal.
Phase IV: Construction Documents are the set of drawings that communicate the project design to the people who will build it.
Phase V: Construction Administration is a catch-all term for the many ways we can support our clients and the build team during construction.
